The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle of the Recruiting and Selection process including sourcing, interviewing and hiring high quality and diverse talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with assigned Hometown Leaders and Managers on a regular basis to proactively understand current and future hiring and workforce needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on attracting talent, building relationships with coaches and team members, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. This role is part of the Human Resources team.
