About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Attention to detail and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential. This role will focus primarily on hourly level roles. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles.
  • Experience filling transportation roles preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating and offers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and other HR systems.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and professional networks.
  • Represent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person).
  • Participate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives.
  • Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.
  • Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned
