Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving how MSK hires -- combining strategy, creativity, and technology to strengthen how we attract and engage talent. We recently transitioned to Workday Recruiting (ATS) and launched our AI Hiring Assistant, designed to reduce administrative burden so recruiters can focus on what matters most: people, relationships, and quality hiring decisions.
