Caterpillar’s Digital, Technology & Distribution (DT&D) Segment is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our US Production Recruiting team. The DT&D team oversees the Cat® Dealer Network and works with dealers to achieve our shared growth goals. In addition, DT&D manages all inbound and outbound logistics and the global parts distribution network. DT&D develops digital and technology solutions to support dealers and customers. DT&D is comprised of six divisions: Americas Distribution, Asia Pacific Distribution, Europe Africa Middle East Eurasia (EAME) Distribution, Cat Digital, Cat Technology and Product Support & Logistics. In the role of a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help to support multiple facilities maintain their staffing and strategic manpower plans.

Requirements

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Workforce Analytics : Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
  • Customer/Market Focus : Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • E xperience in Talent Acquisition or another HR-related function highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting hourly employees in a high-volume environment across multiple geo graphies .
  • Experience in Supply Chain, logistics , or manufacturing strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct recruiting execution for multiple facilities, supporting the demand and needs of growth and changing work schedules
  • Execute sourcing strategies to recruit top talent and build robust pipelines
  • Serve as a t eam l ead for a business vertical by aligning across facilities on best practices, escalations, data reporting and stakeholder collaboration to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled
  • Serve the team by providing mentorship, leadership and development for peers and team members
  • Manage marketing strategies and sourcing efforts for multiple facilities
  • Travel to facility hiring events as needed
