Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. OpenLoop is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, proactively source diverse talent, and champion of the candidate experience to build a world class team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Proven success in recruiting for high-volume roles or making high volume cold calls.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable conducting phone/video screens independently
Professional presence when hosting candidates and new hire onsite
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving startup environment
Curious mindset and strong desire to grow within Talent
Experience with an ATS or CRM system

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non technical roles
Conduct initial candidate screens and assess role alignment
Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative outbound strategies
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in Ashby
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
Help improve recruiting processes and workflows as we scale
Track pipeline metrics and support weekly hiring targets
