About The Position

Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. OpenLoop is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, proactively source diverse talent, and champion of the candidate experience to build a world class team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven success in recruiting for high-volume roles or making high volume cold calls.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable conducting phone/video screens independently
  • Professional presence when hosting candidates and new hire onsite
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Curious mindset and strong desire to grow within Talent
  • Experience with an ATS or CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non technical roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and assess role alignment
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative outbound strategies
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in Ashby
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
  • Help improve recruiting processes and workflows as we scale
  • Track pipeline metrics and support weekly hiring targets
