Our success is built on collaboration, quality, and the dedication of our people. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our newly formed global TA function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a best-in-class recruiting function while working as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR colleagues. Location: Photronics’ Corporate Headquarters – Brookfield, CT (US). This is an on-site position, and we are not open to remote candidates at this time. In this role, you’ll manage recruiting across the full spectrum of our business from corporate and engineering to manufacturing and operations. You’ll work as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, helping shape TA strategy and ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience. Most importantly, you’ll be bringing in the people who will define Photronics’ next chapter.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in recruiting.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR teams in a collaborative and solutions-oriented way.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to collaborate and support global teams as needed.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, prior agency experience preferred.
  • Strong foundation in recruiting practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions across multiple functions and levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing both salaried and hourly recruitment and recruiting for corporate, engineering, and manufacturing roles, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions across U.S. sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Recruit across diverse functions including corporate, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles.
  • Provide occasional global recruiting support, particularly for hiring needs in the UK and EU.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure all recruiting practices comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Create and maintain job postings, interview documentation, and candidate communications.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to recommend process improvements.
  • Support employer branding efforts, employee referral programs, and hiring manager training.
  • Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, including internships, university partnerships, and early-career pipelines.
  • Serve as a company representative for job fairs and community partnerships/programs.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.
