About The Position

This is an hourly contract position and will work with the existing US based TA team in Dallas, TX.
To identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong workforce.

Requirements

• Two plus years experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding techniques
• Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and demonstrates excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
• Comfortable working in a global organization and adapting to change

Nice To Haves

• Prior recruiting knowledge/experience in investor services or alternative asset space strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute both local and global recruitment strategies to align hiring efforts
• Write and post job descriptions that follow global guidelines and standards
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow‑up interviews with hiring teams
• Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
• Respond promptly to candidates and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed
