About The Position

It requires conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. The role also entails maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers, participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Collaboration with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategies is essential, as is mentoring and leading other recruiting team members. Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience.
  • May mentor or lead other recruiting team members.
  • Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy.
  • Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders.
  • Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding.
