I. Position Summary: The TA Partner will partner with departments by performing full cycle recruitment of various positions. The recruiter will mainly work directly with Directors and Managers to source, screen, interview and hire all positions as needed. The TA Partner is expected to manage a challenging requisition load in a highly customer-service focused environment. The TA Partnerwill build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and Human Resources colleagues to meet the recruitment needs. II. Position Responsibilities: Partner with clients to recruit non-exempt and exempt staff. Collaborate with hiring managers to establish effective recruitment strategies for sourcing for a variety of positions. Market open positions utilizing both online and print advertising media. Source and review resumes online, phone screen candidates, and interview candidates. Develop a continuous pipeline of candidates. Conduct Open Houses and attend job fairs. Build vendor relationships including relationships with high schools, universities and colleges, and other relevant external organizations. Coordinate interview schedules and conduct behavioral interviews. Complete reference checks and review to ensure they are satisfactory to HSL. Extend job offers to candidates by suggesting appropriate compensation packages to hiring managers using organizational guidelines, and ultimately negotiate compensation with candidates. Collaborate with Generalist for appropriate compensation. Write offer letters and schedule orientation for candidates. Arrange pre-employment screening appointments with Occupational Health Services. Ensure pre-employment background screens are complete and satisfactory to HSL Ensure 100% data integrity in the HRIS System & Applicant Tracking SystemEnsure that all applicant and new hire paperwork is completed and compliant. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned. III. Core Competencies: Ability to manage a high volume of open positions at one time, performing full cycle recruitment. Ability to follow regulatory compliance guidelines. Excellent customer service. Practice HSL’s Cultural Beliefs. IV Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 1-2 years staffing or corporate recruiting experience Experience recruiting in a healthcare environment preferred Experience with online and internet sourcing and recruiting Strong customer service focus Proactive and consultative approach to addressing client needs Ability and desire to manage moderate requisition volume and full-cycle administrative responsibilities Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills required Must be professional, collaborative and results-oriented Must have an optimistic demeanor with sound judgment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Computer adept; experience with databases, windows, word, and excel.
