With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships. As Talent Acquisition Partner, this individual is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for home office openings. They will be responsible for creating pipelines for openings by sourcing candidates across multiple Healogics locations. The ideal candidate has a strong and comprehensive background in recruitment with a strong working knowledge of recruiting workflow processes and metrics and Microsoft Office. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where you will assist the team with finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions to meet the company’s workforce needs and goals.
