The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring recruiting runs efficiently, accurately, and consistently day to day. This role removes operational and administrative burden from recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership so the team can focus on sourcing, relationship building, and hiring. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that owns how recruiting actually functions — including systems, workflows, reporting, data integrity, and operational coordination. The role also owns recruiting-related social media and digital outreach efforts as part of a broader talent attraction strategy. Just as important, this role is designed to streamline daily recruiting operations, improve visibility, and build trust and consistency across the team. Over time, it is expected to take on increased responsibility for managing daily Talent Acquisition execution, creating a natural progression into a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations role.
