About The Position

Are you someone who loves optimizing processes, spotting patterns in data, and helping hiring teams? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist and be the behind-the-scenes engine that powers our high volume hiring success for Addus HomeCare. In this role, you won't be recruiting—but you will ensure our hiring teams have what they need to succeed. You'll support branch teams and train new users on recruitment tools, guide teams on system best practices, and serve as our resident expert on the ATS. From troubleshooting technical issues to rolling out new features and improvements, you'll be the go-to person when someone says, “Hey, how do I do this in the system?”

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Recruiting Operations.
  • Experience using and/or supporting ATS platforms (you're not just a user—you know how to unlock their full potential).
  • You love staying organized, documenting processes, and thinking strategically.
  • You're a natural communicator who works well with remote teams.
  • Strong time management and self - direction—you take initiative and follow through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • System Expert Serve as the go-to resource for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related systems, providing deep knowledge and troubleshooting support related to system user errors and guidance on how to maximize our resources.
  • Process & Documentation Expert Standardize and continuously improve TA processes. Maintain clear, accessible documentation and ensure consistent use of systems and tools across the organization.
  • Performance & Strategy Expert Monitor hiring data and system usage to uncover trends, guide strategic improvements, and support regional teams in meeting their recruiting goals.
  • Training Expert Lead virtual training sessions and provide hands-on support to users learning how to use recruitment software efficiently and recruitment best practices.
  • Field Support & Communication Partner Act as a key liaison to field teams—hosting regular calls, sharing updates, answering day-to-day questions, and delivering operational support across all stages of the hiring process.
