About The Position

SeekOne Roofing is growing -and we're looking for someone who can help us build the right team the right way. We are seeking a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition & Sales Onboarding Manager to recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing sales reps and key W2 team members. This person will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by attracting top talent and ensuring new hires are fully supported in their first 6 weeks. This is not just a recruiting role. This is a culture-building, performance-driving position.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit outside sales reps and future W2 team members
  • Post and manage job ads across platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
  • Coordinate and assist with final interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Track recruiting metrics (applicants, interviews, hires, conversion rates)
  • Lead onboarding for all new hires
  • Ensure paperwork, systems access, and technology setup are completed
  • Walk new sales reps through workflows, CRM systems, and internal processes
  • Serve as the main point of contact during their first 6 weeks
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with new sales reps
  • Identify early red flags and communicate with leadership
  • Reinforce company standards, culture, and expectations
  • Make sure reps understand: Sales process and expectations CRM and technology tools o Communication standards o Reporting requirements
  • Help them build confidence and clarity in their role
  • Track early performance indicators and engagement levels
