Please note: All opportunities at 21HHS require being in the field visiting patients in their homes. This position can be based onsite at our Walnut Creek, Burlingame, San Jose or Sacramento office. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager that thrives in a high volume, fast paced rapidly growing environment. You will have ownership of end to end recruitment process. In addition to recruiting, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Talent Acquisition Director in planning, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the company

Requirements

  • Full Cyle Recruiting experience (3 years) Required
  • Experience with various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Socials, etc.) is necessary
  • Experience in healthcare and/or Home Health is highly desired
