Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • May require certification.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience supporting both high-volume and specialized operations hiring, including Distribution Center Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain & Transportation (frontline leadership and technical) roles.
  • Expertise in developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, with a demonstrated focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining candidate quality, using funnel metrics, sourcing analytics, and pipeline conversion data to drive results.
  • High proficiency in recruiting data reporting and analysis, including monitoring pipeline velocity, source effectiveness, and candidate quality to inform sourcing strategy and stakeholder updates.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, approvals, pipelines, and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership to the recruitment team.
  • Works with managers to identify and define specific new hire requirements.
  • Establishes and monitors hiring standards and practices.
  • Develops and implements new interviewing, recruiting, and hiring techniques.
  • Strategizes and determines effective recruiting sources, including job fairs, college recruiting, internet ad placements, and any media correspondence.
  • Designs and administers recruiting programs.
  • Provides functional direction and review to local and national hiring.
  • Develops new initiatives and assigns special projects to team members.
  • Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff.
  • Responsible for coaching, counseling, and developing team associates.
