About The Position

Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support full lifecycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in support of our government contracting and commercial business. Location: Rockville, MD; Hybrid; in office 3 days and remote 2 days.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience within a government contracting environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for information technology (IT) roles as well as corporate infrastructure positions
  • Hands-on experience managing full lifecycle recruiting across multiple requisitions
  • Proven capabilities in effectively utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience utilizing Lever a strong plus.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for positions requiring various levels of security clearances.
  • Prior experience with Lever or other similar ATS tools.
  • Prior experience utilizing compensation databases to analyze salary data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for both technical (IT) and corporate infrastructure positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support offer development and hiring processes in coordination with hiring managers and senior leadership team.
  • Negotiate compensation with the candidates keeping budgetary constraints in mind, and educate the candidate on other benefits company offers.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
  • Support the proposal process by validating salary competitiveness using market data, compensation databases, etc.
