We are scaling, and our bar for talent is incredibly high. We don't just wait for the right people to apply; we go out and find them. This is a sourcing-and-headhunting-first role. You won’t just be moving candidates through a funnel; you’ll be building talent maps, diving into niche communities, and running creative outbound outreach to land "A-players" who aren't even looking for a new job yet. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our hiring managers and me to ensure we’re building a world-class team.

Requirements

  • You’ve got 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting under your belt, ideally in a fast-moving startup/scale-up or a product tech company.
  • You don't just rely on "InMails." You know how to build talent maps and craft outreach that actually gets a response.
  • You thrive when given the freedom to manage your time and prioritize your own tasks. You’re always ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
  • You have hands-on experience with Teamtailor (or a similar ATS), and you know how to keep things organized and efficient while managing high-volume pipelines.
  • Your English is fluent, and you’re a natural at building rapport quickly with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • You love recruitment, not just as a job, but as a way to connect with people and create meaningful career opportunities for them.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Hunter: You’ll own the outbound pipeline. Whether it’s LinkedIn, Slack communities, or creative corners of the web, you know how to find and engage top talent.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: From the first "hello" to the final offer, you’ll manage the entire journey for a variety of roles across the company.
  • Strategize with the Best: Partner closely with hiring managers to nail down what "great" looks like for every role and build the interview plans to prove it.
  • Candidate Experience: You’re the face of BlueThrone. You’ll make sure every candidate gets a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process and feels the energy of our culture, even if they don't end up joining.
  • Stay Organized: We use Teamtailor, and we use it well. You’ll keep our pipelines clean, our feedback structured, and our data actionable.
  • Maintain Speed: Help us keep our momentum without cutting corners on quality.
