About The Position

This role is designed to be knowledgeable, be accountable and manage all processes and people involved with all areas of Talent Acquisition lifecycle within White Lodging. The expectation is to be a resource and help provide service for the internal and external guest in the field and in the corporate office.

Requirements

  • College degree, preferably in hospitality
  • Previous service industry experience
  • Good communication and platform skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a face-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel, sometimes on short-notice
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Four-year degree, preferably in hospitality
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Previous Sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential talent via resumes, technology, referrals
  • Pre-screen and act as contact person for external talent
  • Pro-actively identify possible talent at hotels/competitors/service industry locations and initiate contact with talent to promote WLS career opportunities
  • Using current WLS management, aggressively research possible talent from previous employers
  • Lead and support the Talent Acquisition on site & corporate team in building and strengthening relationships within markets
  • Effectively manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct recruiting blitzes (“cold calls”) routinely to find talent to fill critical need vacancies.
  • Assist managers at all times with talent acquisition needs
  • Respond courteously and promptly to all inquiries, internal or external
  • Creates and implements Talent Acquisition marketing programs and materials to internal customers
