To support this growth, we are seeking a colleague to join our human resources team in the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and we are poised to hire immediately. The Talent Acquisition Manager will hold an accelerator role in delivering high-quality, equitable, and efficient hiring practices across Multiplier. They will energetically partner with Multiplier’s teams to place top talent in their areas of focus to move their missions forward and drive impact, leading full-cycle recruitment for select searches while serving as the primary owner of recruiting systems, tools, and processes that support hiring across the organization. Hiring at Multiplier is centered around care, transparency, and respect for all candidates and hiring teams, and the Talent Acquisition Manager will steward these values throughout the recruitment process. This person partners closely with project leaders and hiring managers to ensure a consistent, human-centered candidate experience, while building processes, systems, and resources that strengthen hiring quality, reduce bias, and support organizational growth.
