To support this growth, we are seeking a colleague to join our human resources team in the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and we are poised to hire immediately. The Talent Acquisition Manager will hold an accelerator role in delivering high-quality, equitable, and efficient hiring practices across Multiplier. They will energetically partner with Multiplier’s teams to place top talent in their areas of focus to move their missions forward and drive impact, leading full-cycle recruitment for select searches while serving as the primary owner of recruiting systems, tools, and processes that support hiring across the organization. This person partners closely with project leaders and hiring managers to ensure a consistent, human-centered candidate experience, while building processes, systems, and resources that strengthen hiring quality, reduce bias, and support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven work experience in recruitment, preferably with a mission-driven organization
  • Outstanding client/customer-service orientation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ATS software, preferably Pinpoint
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to balance multiple, competing priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to proactively solve complex issues and meet changing business requirements
  • Ability to act in a compassionate, caring, human-centered, professional manner and use appropriate judgment on sensitive, confidential issues
  • Ability to multitask, quickly assess, and resolve issues, while translating complex information into concise and understandable terms

Responsibilities

  • Support project directors and hiring managers with recruitment needs, review and provide feedback on position announcements, develop selection criteria, and source candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Support consistent, high-quality interview practices by guiding hiring teams on structured interviews, evaluation criteria, and decision-making processes.
  • Provide recruiting support and full-service searches including job postings, resume screens, phone interviews, applicant communications, schedule coordination, interview structure and question development, and other hiring team support.
  • Advise project teams on recruitment best practices for project-run searches. Conduct reference checks, run background checks, and manage other due diligence-related activities prior to formalizing a candidate offer.
  • Draft offer letters and send them to HR and Hiring Manager for approval.
  • Steward a positive, transparent, and respectful candidate experience across all hiring processes.
  • Own the integrity, structure, and optimization of Multiplier’s applicant tracking system(Pinpoint), to support equitable, efficient, and data-informed hiring practices.
  • Support project team members as a Pinpoint subject matter expert, providing technical assistance as needed and connecting to an account representative for escalated cases.
  • Perform system maintenance and audits as necessary, such as archiving filled positions, removing inactive users, and organizing and updating templates.
  • Support data collection and reporting related to hiring compliance. Track and analyze metrics, translating insights into practical process improvements.
  • Identify HR-related best practices and resource team members, managers, and new projects appropriately.
  • Recommend and implement new ways to streamline processes and procedures to create additional efficiencies in service delivery and to support team member satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Strategy to design and maintain systems and resources to support projects navigating the recruitment process.
  • Protect confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
  • Seek and leverage opportunities to intentionally imbed principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in the People & Culture department’s everyday work.
  • Contribute to People & Culture department priorities and cross-functional initiatives as needed, with a focus on hiring-related systems, processes, and team member experience.
