This role leads West Bend’s enterprise talent acquisition function, overseeing strategy, operations, and a high-performing TA team to attract and hire top talent. It partners with HRBPs and leaders to forecast workforce needs, optimize recruiting processes and systems, strengthen the employer brand, and ensure an outstanding, compliant candidate and hiring-manager experience while driving data‑informed, continuous improvement across all TA practices. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our enterprise talent acquisition function - someone who can think strategically, lead confidently, and roll up their sleeves when needed. You play a critical role in shaping how West Bend attracts, evaluates, and brings talent into the organization. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders you’ll anticipate workforce needs, shape talent acquisition plans, and ensure every interaction reflects who we are and where we’re headed. This role blends thoughtful strategy with hands-on execution and is designed for a leader who can comfortably navigate both.
