As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will help power SPEAR’s growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our network of clinics. You’ll combine relationship-building and technology — leveraging mobile recruiting tools, data, and creativity — to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, act as the first point of contact for candidates, and ensure an efficient, high-touch recruitment process from first click to first day.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (healthcare or service industry preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever (desktop and mobile).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to preserve confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, from posting to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute digital-first sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever.
  • Build pipelines through outreach to DPT programs, university partners, and professional networks.
  • Attend career fairs and virtual recruiting events to promote the SPEAR brand.
  • Post new roles externally within 24 hours of opening.
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers within 24 hours of screening.
  • Deliver a 5-Star experience through timely, personalized communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best practices, process flow, and system usage.
  • Facilitate Lever and recruiting system training for new managers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in Lever across desktop and mobile.
