About The Position

As a full cycle Talent Acquisition member, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs. You will lead and mentor other team members, manage high-impact searches, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Leveraging expertise in sourcing, technology, assessment, and employer branding, you will build diverse talent pipelines and support the firm’s continued growth. Who You Are: 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment. Extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver high-quality, diverse talent on time. Meet KPIs set by recruiting segment leader (candidates added to Ashby, time to fill, # of hires/year, etc.) Strong understanding of talent intelligence, employer branding, and recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, assessment platforms). Ability to lead complex searches across multiple practices while managing multiple priorities. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience by providing a consultative approach. Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive and collaborative attitude. Enhance Riveron’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, high-quality engagement. Manage and optimize recruiting systems, data integrity, and reporting for decision-making and process improvements. Oversee and contribute to recruiting programs (e.g., interview assessment, employer brand, diversity initiatives, talent insights). Lead, coach, and develop junior TA members, supporting their performance and professional growth.
