As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of recruiting efforts across the organization. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver a best‑in-class candidate and hiring manager experience while building scalable, inclusive, and data‑informed recruiting practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for both people leadership and full‑cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on talent strategy, workforce planning, and continuous improvement. Please note: This is a hybrid role working 3-4 days in our office. We are not currently considering fully remote candidates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiting professionals.
  • Proven success managing full‑cycle recruiting across multiple job families.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive partnerships internally and externally.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting analytics to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in Retail, Hospitality, or Professional Services.
  • Background in change management, process improvement, or TA transformation

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategically with Leaders
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers across the country to understand their unique hiring needs.
  • Translate business priorities into effective sourcing, assessment, and selection strategies.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights.
  • Influence and educate leaders on best practices in interviewing, selection, and equitable hiring.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for select roles, including leadership and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure equitable, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and community partnerships that support long‑term hiring needs.
  • Grow and Develop the TA Team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Set clear goals and high standards for talent acquisition delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing, and candidate‑centric recruiting culture.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Champion Culture and Candidate Experience
  • Ensure the hiring process reflects our values and creates a welcoming, respectful experience for all candidates.
  • Support diversity recruiting strategies and early‑career or niche talent programs.
  • Partner with internal communications to ensure job postings and messaging align with our brand standards.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence
  • Own and continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and tools (ATS, assessments, vendors).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with Technology to develop a road-map for workflow improvements (ATS, scheduling tools).
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws, documentation standards, and internal policies.
  • Use Data and Technology Thoughtfully
  • Use recruiting metrics and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and drive decisions.
  • Share meaningful insights with leaders on applicant flow, hiring trends, and process performance.
  • Leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency and inform talent strategies.
  • Lead and Support Key Projects
  • Lead and contribute to TA and HR projects that strengthen our operating model and support innovation.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how recruiting work gets done—making it simpler, more consistent, and more effective.
