Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Comfortable actively sourcing and engaging candidates in competitive markets.
  • Confident using social media and digital platforms for recruiting and employer branding.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Communicate clearly, influence effectively, and build trust quickly.
  • Experience with early-career, internship, or campus recruiting.
  • Able and willing to travel regularly for recruiting efforts and events.

Responsibilities

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting for corporate and management-level property roles.
  • Partnering with HR leaders and General Managers to understand workforce needs and timelines.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Using a sales-minded, relationship-driven approach to engage passive candidates.
  • Representing Coury Hospitality at college career fairs, campus events, and community job fairs.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and hospitality programs.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, and selection processes end-to-end.
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Supporting smooth handoffs from recruiting to onboarding.
