Leading full-cycle recruiting for corporate and management-level property roles. Partnering with HR leaders and General Managers to understand workforce needs and timelines. Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media. Using a sales-minded, relationship-driven approach to engage passive candidates. Representing Coury Hospitality at college career fairs, campus events, and community job fairs. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and hospitality programs. Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, and selection processes end-to-end. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and build trust quickly. You have experience with early-career, internship, or campus recruiting. You’re able and willing to travel regularly for recruiting efforts and events.
