We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (US) to build, lead, and scale our US recruiting function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of recruiters while personally driving key hires across GTM and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team.
  • Strong experience hiring GTM roles in the US (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Proven ability to build recruiting processes and drive hiring strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience using ATS and recruiting analytics.
  • Ability to operate hands-on while leading a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the US Talent Acquisition team, including coaching, performance management, and scaling the team as we grow.
  • Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (primarily GTM, with potential expansion into additional functions).
  • Partner with executives and senior hiring managers to define hiring plans, workforce strategy, and role profiles.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive US markets.
  • Standardize and elevate interview processes to ensure speed, quality, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives tailored to the US market.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve funnel performance and time-to-hire.
  • Scale recruiting infrastructure, tools, and best practices to support hyper-growth.
