CAMBA’s Human Resources Department manages all aspects of human resources and administrative functions such as onboarding, employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, interviewing, hiring new staff, and performance measurement/appraisal. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of CAMBA’s Talent Acquisition functions within the Human Resources department. This role coordinates day-to-day operations, including recruitment support, ATS development and maintenance, and hiring activities for employees, interns, and volunteers. The coordinator assists the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruitment process to meet CAMBA’s workforce needs. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of CAMBA.
