The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the point of contact for post-offer talent acquisition and human resource-related questions and information. The position is essential to ensure the internal and external candidate onboarding experience is a positive one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with and assists the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources with a variety of post offer employment related items, including, but not limited, to post-offer background screening items, post-offer communication; and the arrangement of the beginning stages of the on boarding experience.
