Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $35.00/hour Locations: Houston, TX Assignment Duration: 6 months + Work Schedule: 9/80 - hybrid - Tues-Thurs in-office Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Partner closely with Sourcers, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to manage end to end requisition administration, including assisting with job postings, candidate status tracking, and interview logistics and invoice processing Schedule high volume, complex interview processes (virtual, phone, and onsite), coordinating across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholder groups Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, interview day logistics, expense tracking, and reimbursements Prepare and distribute interview schedules, interview guides, and candidate materials in advance of interviews Partner with sourcers and recruiters to facilitate post interview debriefs, collect interview feedback, and ensure timely candidate dispositioning Serve as one of the primary points of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, timely, and engaging experience. Provide proactive communication and status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process Host and greet candidates during onsite interviews when applicable Partner with the sourcers and recruiters to maintain accurate and compliant candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) Post roles internally and externally and configure screening questions as requested Track offers, interview documentation, and hiring approvals in the ATS Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, data privacy standards, and company policies Run and maintain recruiting reports to support recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes Audit ATS and HR system data for accuracy and completeness; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Utilize Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts) to analyze recruiting and staffing data Partner with HR Analytics or HRIS teams as needed on dashboards and recurring reporting Collaborate with HR Operations and Onboarding to support pre employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and reference checks. Assist with onboarding coordination, and new hire readiness with HR, IT, and Payroll as needed Provide support with recruiting events, career fairs, university recruiting, and internal hiring initiatives. Provide support to University Relations Coordinator(s) or Recruiting Operations team members during peak hiring periods Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support within a corporate environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment Exposure to recruiting analytics, reporting, or workforce data Prior experience supporting corporate, professional, or campus recruiting programs Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, or regulated environments Experience supporting hybrid or geographically distributed hiring teams Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, executives, and cross functional partners Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
