This role primarily focuses on the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of talent programs while also contributing to broader Talent Acquisition strategies. This individual partners with leaders to drive workforce planning and forecasting efforts, builds relationships with external partners, and helps design innovative approaches to attract and engage talent. While this role will assist with recruiting operations, the primary focus is on program ownership, pipeline development, and strategic growth of talent initiatives.
