We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and keep interview operations running smoothly. You’ll handle end-to-end interview logistics, communicate proactively with candidates and interviewers, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and fast-paced—ideal for someone who loves orchestrating complex schedules, solving problems in real time, and creating memorable candidate experiences. This is a 6-month contract position with the option to renew based on business needs. While this is a hybrid position, in-office presence is required on days when candidates are visiting our Pittsburgh office or when operational needs arise—like prepping a room or picking up swag -sometimes on short notice.
