We’re seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support CLEAR’s growing Talent Acquisition team. CLEAR is scaling quickly, and this role is critical to keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters to manage scheduling, travel, interview facilitation, and continuously improve the candidate experience and efficiency of our interview process.

Requirements

2+ years of experience, ideally in a tech environment supporting Engineering or technical teams.
You move fast, sweat the details, and have a strong sense of urgency—nothing falls through the cracks.
Exceptionally organized and naturally curious about business priorities and how to support them.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting coordination, including job postings, interview and debrief scheduling, onsite facilitation, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience for every candidate and recruiter you support.
Act as a true partner to recruiters, anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and keeping processes moving.
Serve as an ambassador for the Recruiting team with internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
