About The Position

THE ROLE: TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will play a pivotal role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process across the Legends Global organization. As the TAC, you’ll be the engine that keeps recruiting running smoothly and effectively. You’ll help us create seamless and positive candidate and business client experiences while providing operations and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in supporting a team Talent Acquisition and/or HR professionals
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Attention to detail is next level with a laser focused mentality on operational excellence
  • Passionate about recruiting and building world-class teams
  • Proficient with MS Office with preferred experience using Power BI, LinkedIn and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling reports
  • You thrive juggling multiple projects at once – switching gears without dropping the ball
  • You’re confident communicating with everyone from candidates to executives and know how to build great relationships at every level

Responsibilities

  • Manage the interview scheduling process across the different business verticals and functions
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to keep the TA team, hiring managers, and recruiters organized and informed
  • Assist with managing external job postings and candidates via third party job boards/websites
  • Correspond with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, including, but not limited to scheduling phone screens, managing candidate travel, and organizing in-person interviews
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that evolve around talent acquisition and marketing methodology
  • Assist with new venue openings and job fairs as needed.
  • Maintain recruiting data and analytics and assist with building of reports
