About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and creating smooth hiring experiences? WithMe is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our People team through full-cycle recruiting coordination and candidate experience! You’ll play a key role in ensuring our hiring processes run efficiently from job creation through offer approval, partnering closely with hiring managers and People Operations to keep everything on track.

Requirements

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is required.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions or tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer and system navigation skills; experience with an ATS preferred, Greenhouse a plus.
  • Proven ability to follow up and follow through on tasks and communication.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn recruiting tools, systems, and processes.
  • A proactive, service-minded approach to supporting hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts from job description creation and posting through offer approval.
  • Review inbound resumes and applications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct Recruiter Screen interviews and assess candidate alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare candidate folders and interview documentation for hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring records in the ATS.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure interview readiness and alignment on next steps.
  • Assist with internal offer documentation and routing materials for approval.
  • Help ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently and efficiently.
