About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator provides local, regional and national support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team and reports to the Senior Director of Recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is involved in all areas of experienced hire and campus recruiting and develops working relationships with candidates, contract recruiters, and other CROSSMARK employees. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized, detailed, flexible, and able to handle many tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills.
