The Recruiting Coordinator – Exempt Hiring is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role supports corporate functions (IT, Finance, Accounting, HR), Sales, Field Leadership, and other exempt-level roles across the U.S. and Canada. This position plays a critical role in interview logistics, ATS accuracy, offer execution, background screening coordination, and candidate communications—ensuring process discipline, data integrity, and strong stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
