As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver thoughtful, strategic recruiting support across your aligned lines of business. This is a temporary role supporting high-volume hiring within our financial services teams. You’ll guide leaders through sourcing, assessment, and selection for professional and management roles, helping them attract and hire talent that strengthens our organization. Your work directly shapes the candidate experience and supports our commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies
  • Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing in high volume areas
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting experience with financial services
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
  • Familiarity with structured interview and assessment methodologies
  • Track record of supporting inclusive hiring practices and reducing bias in selection decisions
  • Experience representing an organization at campus or community recruiting events

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned to business goals and market trends
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent, merit-based selection decisions
  • Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques
  • Monitor and engage on employment-focused social media sites and job boards to strengthen our employer brand
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
  • Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the Talent Acquisition team
