About The Position

Talent Acquisition Change Strategist The Talent Acquisition Change Management, Communications and Training (CCT) team consults on initiatives impacting recruiting processes, platforms and policies, helping shape the outcome and set our recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and candidates up for success. We’re seeking a change management professional to join our team to support TA’s evolving recruiting enablement needs at a global scale. If you’re passionate about advocating for streamlined and standardized processes, delivering delightful end user experiences, partnering across a robust organization to tackle complex problem statements, and bringing innovative priorities to life while balancing change fatigue–the Change Strategist role may be for you. What we’re looking for: A change expert who knows how to bring people along on the journey. A dot-connector who draws synergies between different teams and bodies of work with a lens for up and downstream impacts. An enablement champion who considers the training, support resources and L&D experiences best suited to set end users up for success in their roles. A strong communicator comfortable distilling ideas in different formats, with peers and leaders alike. An innovative thinker who can bring fresh perspective to historical processes. An adaptable strategic partner who is comfortable shifting priorities as new needs arise in order to best meet the demands of the TA organization.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Change Management or Project Management or Human Resources experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • Experience working in Recruiting
  • Experience working in Communications
  • Experience working in Process Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to support changes to the policies, processes or systems that drive Talent Acquisition.
  • Influence opportunities for scalability and standardization in recruiting processes.
  • Maintain thorough and well-managed project plans to drive partners toward shared outcomes, with an eye for what’s next.
  • Consult and problem solve across a network of global partners to advocate for the best change management outcomes.
