Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a crucial role by identifying and attracting top talent to manufacturing operations. The primary focus will be on recruiting both general labour and specialized workers for various roles within a geographical area (which may include one to three manufacturing sites). This extends beyond finding the right person for specific jobs. It requires a business mindset to understand the sites' production goals, to put together talent supply and demand needs in your market, and to create customized strategies to fill those gaps.
