Let’s talk job responsibilities: Drive success by aligning with hiring manager needs and navigating nuanced situations to enhance the recruiting process Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate, engaging job postings and selection criteria. Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and creative networking strategies. Pre-screen and engage potential candidates, sharing our company story and culture to spark interest. Interview and evaluate candidates objectively, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process. Maintain and optimize recruiting channels (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), ensuring a steady pipeline of talent. Track recruitment activity, open positions, and key hiring metrics for reporting and strategy improvement. Stay current on industry trends and competitor talent strategies. Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals, share best practices, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Jump in to support special recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success forming strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Minimum 1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a strong background in non-exempt (hourly) roles
  • Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, creative team player.
