About The Position

Execute Talent Acquisition processes for the hiring needs of non-exempt, exempt, and/or Doctor of Optometry positions with guidance and oversight from senior TA Team members and TA Leadership In partnership with senior team members, recruit, interview and recommend placement of candidates for high volume, entry and mid-level individual contributor positions from both internal and external sources Provide high level, confidential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including support of event preparation and logistics, event staffing, talent sourcing, candidate pre-hire management, and other Talent Acquisition responsibilities as assigned Proactively assess the current recruitment process to ensure effectiveness and quality Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of specific business needs of assigned client groups and provide appropriate recruiting support Utilize recruitment strategies to build a candidate pipeline and source candidates in partnership with team members Proactively use current tools (database, community outreach, employee referrals) to increase qualified candidate pipelines Establish and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers to provide counsel for onboarding new employees Set mutual expectations upfront and encourage mutual feedback throughout the process Provide high-level recruitment-related advice and counsel to hiring managers Continually monitor and analyze position requirements and provide alternatives or escalations if requirements change Manage issues and inquiries from external candidates and internal employees related to recruitment activity Partner with team members to provide advice and counsel for candidate sourcing needs Build rapport and provide counsel to internal candidates as appropriate for the hiring process and their career development Educate on tools, processes, training available, networking, etc. Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience Experience coordinating multiple tasks and processes in a fast-paced environment Strong decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to learn quickly and drive business processes Ability to use independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties Ability to travel up to 30% #LI-VISIONCARE Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience
  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and drive business processes
