In this position, you'll be at the heart of our institution, working alongside a dedicated team of HR professionals who are committed to excellence, collaboration, and service. You'll provide essential administrative and customer service support that helps keep our operations running smoothly and our candidates and employees well cared for. What You'll Do: Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers to the HR suite, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Manage communications - emails, phone calls, and inquiries - with professionalism and efficiency. Support applicants with the online application process and assist other customers as needed. Maintain accurate records, schedules, and meeting logistics. Oversee office supplies and help resolve day-to-day operational needs. Perform key administrative duties within PeopleAdmin ATS, such as posting positions and reactivating applications. Contribute to ongoing initiatives, including the dissemination of underutilization letters to hiring managers.
