About The Position

The HR Recruiting Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR Recruitment team with all professional staff efforts for the Firm.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Web applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • 1 to 3 years of corporate experience required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt positions in disciplines such as IT, finance/accounting, office services, and/or secretarial preferred
  • Familiarity with HR concepts and practices related to identifying, attracting and selecting candidates preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidates for in-person and virtual interviews; distribute interview confirmations
  • Manage internal and external job postings ensuring all vacancies are accompanied by an approved requisition
  • Maintain recruiting database (Workday), including initial input of prospects and resumes
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain communication with managers and candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Provide the HR team with regular progress reports of positions filled and current vacancies
  • Consistently focus recruiting efforts to meet recruiting goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Operational efficiency projects as they arise
