About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of administrative tasks in a variety of systems. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
6+ month s' of administrative experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems preferred
Licensing, state law and our government funders require that staff within YMCA of San Diego County be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notifications
CPR and First Aid Certification (must include adult, infant & child) within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the foll owing certifying organizations: American Red Cross American Heart Association American Safety & Health Institute

Responsibilities

Support Talent Acquisition Team in administrative duties throughout recruitment process
Provide administrative assistance to teammates during peak seasons
Track and record progress of candidates through recruitment process
Send, receive and act on communications with candidates to support candidate progression
Collect necessary documentation to place internal and external candidates
Assist applicants with basic troubleshooting of job board and application process
Represent the YMCA at community events, such as job fairs, tabling and other candidate engagement events
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple daily tasks for timely completion
Ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner with minimal supervision
Attention to detail with minimal errors in record keeping ensuring accurate data
Other duties as assigned
