This role: As a key member of the Talent Acceleration team, you will play a hands-on role in shaping learning, development, and culture initiatives across SharkNinja’s global workforce. Acting as a cultural architect for the organization, this co-op will support the design and facilitation of inclusive, engaging experiences that span the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through leadership development. The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, with comfort presenting to and leading groups, as well as a solid HR foundation and design-oriented mindset to help foster a high-performing, people-centric culture. You will collaborate closely with HR partners, internal communications, and business leaders, and will also partner with the Performance Coaching team, supporting mindset labs and workshop development through content creation, experience design, and iteration.
