Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Engineering Services Memorandum (ESM) Manager in support of the Patriot Taiwan Program. As the ESM Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving program objectives within a matrixed organization. You will collaborate closely with functional and program leadership, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to develop, coordinate, and implement solutions in support of the Patriot Taiwan Programs. This role provides valuable program-level experience and exposure for individuals seeking to advance their career in Program Management. In addition to internal responsibilities, you will also regularly interface with the customer on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to, International Engineering Services Program Reviews (IESPR), Integrated Communication Working Group (ICWG) Meetings, Executive Program Reviews, and other customer working groups. This position will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading FMS proposal captures in support of the Taiwan portfolio.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting cost proposals and/or gate packages
  • Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
  • Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development experience with proposal activities
  • Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Experience with the Patriot product line or production and/or sustainment contracts

Responsibilities

  • Support successful execution of the program; establish program cadence (battle rhythm)
  • Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries
  • Support the Program Manager in partnering with customers on program scope execution and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate across all IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, digital technologies, and in-country team
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions as required
  • Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
  • Support customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Expected to support domestic and/or international travel as needed
