Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD architecture
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
  • Solid knowledge of Flow Designer and Record Producers
  • Proven experience with Business Rules and Client Scripts
  • Experience configuring Notifications and SLAs
  • HRSD certifications (mandatory)
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory integrations
  • Advanced Oral English
  • Native Spanish

  • PowerShell knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations
  • Design and maintain HRSD architecture following best practices
  • Develop and configure Flow Designer and Record Producers
  • Implement and maintain Business Rules and Client Scripts
  • Configure and manage Notifications and SLAs
  • Perform advanced debugging and issue resolution
  • Support integrations with Active Directory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and scalability
