About The Position

ServiceNow HRSD Senior Analyst in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: The ideal candidate will have proven senior‑level experience administering and optimizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the core HR functions across the enterprise. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s HR data models, COEs, case management structure, and platform configuration capabilities.   Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage and enhance HR workflows, maintain data integrity, ensure secure access controls for sensitive HR information, and partner effectively with HR technology, HR operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑performing HR service delivery solutions. Required: 3 of the 4 years of HR experience needs to be hands‑on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow, with at least 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow platform configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience developing HR dashboards, Performance Analytics indicators, and operational reporting for HR leadership. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to HR and non‑technical stakeholders.      Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years progressively responsible HR or systems analyst experience. Position Purpose:Under minimal supervision, researches, analyzes and maintains systems in support of human resource service delivery and projects. Provides super user administration and subject matter expert (SME) support on HR tools and systems.Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Leads the analysis, design and testing efforts to support HR functional enhancements, system upgrades, and software expansion projects . Participates in and performs analysis for advancements in business process improvements, standardization, workflows, and automation . Maintains and audits security profiles and overall data integrity of HR management systems. Manages permissions and access to critical HR data . Combines and integrates data from multiple HR systems for reporting or utilization in other HR initiatives . Assists in the delivery of advanced ad hoc and production report/data requests to customers .Additional Functions: Leads and supports the transition of HR data entry and scheduled report/process activities to HR Tech Data Quality employees . Acts as resource to help end users resolve day-to-day software problems . Coordinates the design and development of training material required. to educate the HR departments on system access, navigation and utilization .Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements: Strong quantitative analysis skills. Expert understanding of relational database concepts and Human Resources concepts. Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visual Basic, Access, and Powerpoint). Experience with HR metrics, advanced reporting, or other analytic tools required.
