Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths. As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc. What's in it for you: Set schedule: Candidate should have prior military with Combat Arms or Military Police Military Occupational Specialty, or Civilian Law Enforcement experience of at least 3 years. Position is as needed, no full time shifts. Must have the ability to respond and work last minute for call-offs and open post. Must be able to fill-in during staffing shortages and vacations . Candidate must be able to travel to Silver Spring and Annapolis MD site locations. Competitive hourly wage of $36.00 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
You have 3+ Years of Security Experience
You have Military Experience, or a Bachlors Degree in Criminal Justice
You have an Active Armed Maryland Guard Card
Must have a driver's license
You have a state license if required
You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
You are CPR/First Aid Certified
You are computer literacy
You have phone skills
You have Firearm/Weapon Permit for Maryland
You have your own weapon
You have ability to multitask and synthesize large amounts of information quickly
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to pass an extensive background check, online armed assessment, gun range assessment, drug and physical assessment
