About The Position

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is searching for a charismatic and sharp Table Games Floor Lead to join our winning team. This isn't your average suit-and-tie supervisor gig. You'll be the ringmaster of your own pit, ensuring the games run smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable experience (that hopefully involves a lucky streak!).

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1-year of table games dealing experience. (MUST KNOW ROULETTE).
Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

Be the pit boss with the most! You'll be in charge of getting the party started and shutting it down smoothly, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of your assigned area.
Become a card shark detective! Inspect those decks like a pro, ensuring the games are secure and fair play reigns supreme.
Keep your eyes peeled for fishy business! You'll be the watchful guardian of your pit, reporting any suspicious activity to keep the good vibes flowing.
Safety first, always! Make sure everyone plays by the rules, including the dealers, and report any hazards to keep the fun accident-free.
Chip whisperer extraordinaire! You'll be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of table games, making sure there are enough chips for everyone to win big.
Dealer dream team coach! You'll ensure the dealers are following proper procedures, keeping the games fair and fun for all.
We like go-getters! Be prepared to tackle other exciting tasks that come up to keep the casino running smoothly.
